SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
4 to 4:30: Welcoming Ceremony in front of Setauket School with a performance by
the student Orchestra, Chorus and Band and a short monologue presentation.
4:30 to 6:00: Activities on the front lawn, Auditorium and Gymnasium will incorporate the history of cooking, growing, processing, transporting, hunting
and fishing in the local area. These activities initially provided the foods necessary for survival and progressed to support the economy and the population.
Food gathering, storing, preparation and cooking will be demonstrated. Many hands
on activities.
