Lombardi’s on the Sound, located
in Port Jefferson will be hosting our largest fundraising event. Each class will be donating an
assigned theme basket as well as many additional baskets from our local
community. This year we will
be having $1, $5 and extra special
$20 dollar baskets, which will
include a Valentino Handbag,
Redken
Hair Supplies , Nick Jr. Basket, Flat
Screen TV, a
personally autographed book signed by
Bill Clinton and a few more.

We are reaching out to the parents to please donate any empty baskets,
fillers and unused gifts or merchandise that you have not be able to use or
return from the holidays. There are
so many categories; every donation will easily find a home. We are hoping that some can ask
friends and family, and your businesses of preference for goods, services or an
advertising opportunity (see our flyer) to make our basket dinner a success. In the past we have also had families
and friends group together to donate an extra special item or themed basket.
We would like to thank you in
advance for supporting the Setauket PTA and the programs in which we continue to
fund. Without your help and support
this event and organization would not be as successful as it always is.

Donations: Your child’s class is creating a basket, and your parent liaison will
contact you via email with the suggested theme, or you can view your class theme
here. However, these are only guidelines—
we appreciate any donation, and if you have items that are outside the theme, please
donate them for use in another basket to benefit the school. This is a great chance
to give away unused gifts toward a good cause. We are also asking each family to
donate $5 to $10 toward the baskets. Thank you for your generosity and support!
Donation Deadline: Please submit all donations by March 26, 2010 to Kim King's
home (email for directions: karcher14@aol.com).
Advertise in the Program: Promote your business to the community in our special Event Program. Or donate an item, service or gift certificate from your business. See the details on the second page of this flyer.
